Dimo was born in the city of Pleven. Since his childhood, he has dreamed of becoming famous, playing with well-known musicians and composing his own music.

As a student in the elementary school, he started learning to play the mandoline, tambourine, drums, accordeon and guitar. He went on till he realized that it is the guitar that would shape his future as a professional misician. At that time a lot of youth music parties were organized in the form of contests and he won many guitar contests.
